Train Track is provided by Train Track Tecnologies. This Privacy Policy explains how the Train Track mobile application handles information.

Information Stored by the App

Train Track stores certain information locally on your device to provide its workout-tracking features. This may include:

Body-weight and workout information may be considered health or fitness information. Train Track uses this information only to provide features such as workout tracking, progress charts, and workout history.

How Information Is Used

Information stored by Train Track is used to operate and personalize the application, including saving workouts, recording progress, displaying charts, and remembering your preferences.

Train Track does not upload your workout, body-weight, or preference information to Train Track Tecnologies or to a Train Track server.

Information Sharing

Train Track does not sell, rent, or share your locally stored workout, body-weight, or preference information with advertisers, analytics providers, or other third parties.

The application uses Google Play Billing to process premium purchases. Google may process purchase and payment-related information in accordance with Google's own privacy policy and terms. Train Track does not receive or store your payment card number.

Third-Party Services

Train Track uses Google Play Billing for in-app purchases. The application does not use advertising services, analytics services, crash-reporting services, location services, contact services, camera services, or microphone services.

If third-party services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe their relevant data practices.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information stored locally by Train Track remains on your device until you delete it through the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the application.

Train Track does not provide user accounts or maintain an online copy of your workout or body-weight information. Because there is no Train Track account or online database, there is no online account deletion process.

Device backups may be governed by your operating system, device manufacturer, or backup provider. Train Track does not control how those services retain or restore application data.

Data Security

Train Track stores app data using local application storage provided by the device. You should use the security features of your device, such as a passcode or biometric lock, to help protect locally stored information.

No app can guarantee complete security. Train Track Tecnologies will update the application when reasonably necessary to address security or data-handling concerns.

Children's Privacy

Train Track is not directed toward children under 13. Train Track Tecnologies does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application's features or data practices change. The updated policy will be published at this URL, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
